Chef Rochelle Barcellona (also known as Chef Ro) always loved to bake and cook. Some of her earliest memories are of baking cookies and cakes for her classmates and her father complaining that he never got to have a bite! Rest assured, she does cook for her family and friends. In fact, they're her favorite taste testers.
Chef Ro started Barcellona Bites as a blog describing a “red head’s culinary adventures” while she was in culinary school and turned it into a boutique business after graduating top in her culinary school class. Today she loves bringing enjoyment to people through food.
Chef Ro is a Certified Personal Chef from the United States Personal Chef Association, is the president of the Northern California Personal Chef Association and is ServSafe Certified for food safety.
